My Role

Senior UX Manager

  • Research, innovate, and design the user experience of the Marriott International homepage to provide a seamless digital experience and increase conversion rate optimization.

  • Partner closely and collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive digital performance, enable Marriott’s strategic imperatives, and enable owner profitability and success within a SAFe Agile framework.

  • Communicate design strategies, concepts, specs, and interactive prototypes to stakeholders and development teams to align vision and execution.

  • Facilitate and resolve defect resolution discussions, ensuring high-quality implementation through detailed development reviews.

  • Maintain Jira stories by providing detailed UX acceptance criteria, specifications, supportive resources, and design reviews to ensure smooth development implementation.

  • Champion accessibility by integrating comprehensive 508-compliant research and best practices throughout the design process.

  • Support A/B testing via effective qualitative and quantitative analysis to validate and refine solutions.
